User Portal
A user portal web site allows you to manage your account, device groups, devices, webhook notifications and API keys. To get started, you will need valid account with your username/email address and a password. If you do not currently have an account, but would like to use or test this service, please contact your local Star Micronics office.
Logging in
To log-in to your account, please visit https://beta.starprinter.online. You will be directed a login dialog, and must enter either your account user name, or email address and password.
Note
Forgotten password recovery If you have lost your password, or are otherwise unable to log-in to the portal, please contact your local Star office which will be able to arrange for your password to be reset.
The portal is divided into several sections which can be selected from the navigation tabs near the top of the page:
- Devices - Provides up-to-date information about all of the devices that you have connected to the service
- Device Groups - Allow you to configure and optionally create the device groups that your printers are connected to
- API Keys - Create and manage security keys that allow an external application access to your devices
- Help - Some helpful information for printing quickly via the web API, or email bridge.
- Account - Drop-Down menu, allows you to change you password and log out of the portal.
